Privacy Policy

            Privacy First: Callsheet Companion is designed with your privacy as a priority. Your data stays on your device and in your personal iCloud account. We don't collect, store, sell, or have access to your personal information.
        

1. Information We Collect

Short answer: None.

Callsheet Companion does NOT collect or transmit:

Personal identification information
Contact information you enter into the app
Financial data, earnings, or rate information
Location data
Usage analytics or behavioral tracking
Device identifiers or fingerprints

2. Data Storage

3. iCloud Sync

If you enable iCloud on your device, app data (excluding Vault) syncs through your personal Apple iCloud account. This enables access across your devices.

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest by Apple
We have zero access to your iCloud data
You control this in Settings → [Your Name] → iCloud

4. Vault Security

The Vault feature stores sensitive documents (paystubs, tax forms, contracts) with additional protection:

Protected by Face ID or Touch ID
Stored only on your local device
Never uploaded to iCloud or any server
Biometric data never leaves your device's Secure Enclave

5. Device Permissions

The App may request these permissions:

6. Third-Party Services

We use only Apple's built-in services:

iCloud (Apple): Optional data sync, controlled entirely by you
StoreKit (Apple): Subscription purchases, handled by Apple
Local Authentication (Apple): Face ID/Touch ID for Vault

We do NOT use:

❌ Google Analytics or Firebase
❌ Facebook SDK
❌ Advertising networks
❌ Crash reporting services that collect user data
❌ Any third-party analytics or tracking

7. Data Retention & Deletion

Your data exists only on your devices. To delete all data:

Delete the Callsheet Companion app from your device
If using iCloud: Go to Settings → [Your Name] → iCloud → Manage Storage → Callsheet Companion → Delete Data

Since we never receive your data, there's nothing for us to delete on our end.

8. Children's Privacy

Callsheet Companion is designed for professional film/TV crew members and is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

9. International Users

Your data stays on your device and in your iCloud account, which may be stored in data centers in your region per Apple's policies. We do not transfer your data internationally because we never receive it.

10. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

California residents have the right to:

Know what personal information is collected
Request deletion of personal information
Opt-out of the sale of personal information

Our compliance: We don't collect personal information, so there's nothing to disclose, delete, or sell. We will never sell your data.

11. European Privacy Rights (GDPR)

EU/EEA residents have rights including access, rectification, erasure, and portability of personal data. Since we don't collect or process your personal data, these rights are satisfied by default. Your data remains entirely under your control on your own devices.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally. Changes will be reflected in the "Last Updated" date above. Significant changes will be communicated through the App.
