Somnora is a wellness product for reflection, not a clinical service. These terms focus on the practical boundaries of using the product during public beta.
Product Scope
- Somnora provides journaling, sleep context, and AI-assisted reflection for wellness purposes only.
- The service does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, crisis support, or emergency intervention.
- You are responsible for how you use the product and for seeking professional care when needed.
Billing and Access
- Subscription billing is handled through Apple, including changes, renewals, and cancellations.
- Pricing shown in the product is subject to platform billing rules and any future beta changes.
- We may update or pause features as the product evolves, especially during early access.
Appropriate Use
- Please use Somnora for lawful, personal use and do not attempt to disrupt the service or misuse account access.
- You retain ownership of your entries, but you are responsible for the content you choose to store.
- If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us promptly so we can help secure it.
Beta Expectations
- Somnora is still evolving, which means features, copy, and workflows may change during beta.
- We aim for reliability, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that every insight will be perfect.
