A companion that remembers.

Somnora

A companion for your nights, and the days they shape.

Nora keeps the thread across your sleep, dreams, and daily check-ins. She notices what repeats and reaches out once a day, only when it's earned. A private companion, not just another journal.

The 90-Second Tour

Capture what lingers. Shape what returns.

Sleep, in context

Apple Health adds timing, stages, and rhythm, so what you felt sits beside what your body recorded.

A memory that compounds

Dreams, check-ins, and 2 a.m. ideas land in one thread Nora actually remembers. Mention Friday's big day once, and she'll ask you how it went.

Small, honest experiments

Try three nights of an earlier wind-down. Nora measures how your sleep actually responds and reports the truth: better, flat, or not for you.

Noticed, not nagged

Recurring symbols, rising stress, shorter nights: Nora connects what repeats and reaches out at most once a day, only when it's earned.

What Nora draws on
  • Sleep duration & stages
  • Dream fragments
  • Daily check-ins
  • Late-night ideas

Who it's for

Made for minds that don't clock out.

The vivid dreamer

You wake with whole worlds still in your head and nowhere to put them. Somnora catches them before breakfast does.

The 2 a.m. mind

Your best ideas arrive when the house is quiet, then evaporate by morning. Eureka gives them somewhere to land.

The one doing the work

In therapy, or working on yourself solo. You want patterns you can point to, not feelings you half-remember.

The light sleeper

You want to understand your nights without being graded on them. Trends in plain language, never a judgment score.

The Dreamcatcher

Your nights, developed like film.

Tell Nora a dream in enough detail and she can paint it: a dream card with its own artwork, title, and mood, pinned to a growing album. Lucid moments get flagged on the way in. Step into the darkroom any morning and walk back through the places you've been while asleep.

Common Questions

Is this a replacement for therapy?
No, and it doesn't try to be. Somnora is not a replacement for therapy or medical care, but it can be a genuinely useful tool alongside it: the patterns Nora helps you notice (recurring themes, sleep context, what keeps returning) make rich, concrete context to bring into conversations with your therapist, or anyone helping you take care of yourself.
How often does Nora reach out?
At most once a day, and only when she actually noticed something worth your attention: a follow-up on something you mentioned, a pattern that's forming, a rough stretch of sleep. If nothing has earned it, she stays quiet. Silence is a feature.
Do I need to remember full dreams?
Not at all. A feeling, image, sentence, or strange detail is enough. Somnora is built for fragments as much as full stories.
What does Apple Health add?
Sleep duration, stages, and timing context, so your reflections sit beside something measurable instead of floating on their own. It's always an explicit opt-in, and Nora describes trends in plain language, never scores.
Does Nora have a voice?
Yes. Morning capture is voice-first: you can talk before you're fully awake and Nora transcribes as you speak. She can also read wind-downs and meditations aloud in a warm, natural voice. And you can always just type.
Can I export my reflections?
Yes. Your entries export from the app whenever you want them, including a clean, therapist-ready summary if you'd like to bring your patterns into a session. Local data can be cleared from Settings anytime.
