What to Include

To help us resolve your issue quickly, please include:

the issue you are seeing;
your app version and device model, if available;
whether it relates to sign-in, squads, sessions, Find/LFG, friends, direct messages, notifications, widgets, calendar, blocking, reporting, or account deletion;
any safe, non-private steps that reproduce the issue.

Please do not send passwords, Apple ID credentials, private tokens, or unnecessary private message content.

Common Help Topics

Sign in with Apple

SquadSync uses Sign in with Apple for account access. If sign-in fails, check your network connection, iOS account prompts, and whether Apple sign-in is available on your device.

Squads & Sessions

Create squads, join invited squads, plan sessions, track RSVPs, and add sessions to your calendar from supported app surfaces.

Find / LFG

Find/LFG helps you post when your group needs one more player. Use clear, respectful posts and avoid sharing private information.

Friends & Direct Messages

Direct messages are friends-only. If you do not see a direct message thread, confirm the other person is an accepted friend and that neither account has blocked the other.

Blocking & Reporting

Use Block or Report from supported surfaces when needed. Reports should be used for real safety or abuse concerns, not to harass others.

Notifications, Widgets & Calendar

Manage notification permissions in iOS Settings and SquadSync settings. Widgets and calendar handoff depend on iOS permissions and the data available in the app.
