By downloading, installing, or using SquadSync ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
SquadSync is a social coordination platform designed for gamers to organize squads, find players (LFG), schedule sessions, and communicate with community members.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
You agree to use the App in a respectful and lawful manner. You are prohibited from:
You retain ownership of the content you post to the App. However, by posting content, you grant SquadSync a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and display that content for the purpose of providing the service. You are solely responsible for the content you share.
SquadSync includes tools for blocking and reporting users who violate these terms. We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that we determine, in our sole discretion, violate these Terms of Service or are otherwise harmful to the community.
There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. By using SquadSync, you agree not to post or share content that is offensive, harassing, threatening, hateful, illegal, or otherwise objectionable. You can flag objectionable content or abusive users at any time using the in-app Report and Block tools, or by emailing support@squadsync.app. We review every report and act on objectionable content and abusive users, including removing the content and ejecting the responsible users, within 24 hours.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. Please review the Privacy Policy to understand how we handle your data.
The App, including its design, features, and original content (excluding user-generated content), is the property of SquadSync and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will always be secure, error-free, or available at all times.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SquadSync shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data or interruptions in service.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the App. Your continued use of the App after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the App.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
